Any of our standard mattress models can be built into a custom mattress, and we can also adjust any features needed. If a latex mattress is too heavy for your RV/Boat/Tiny House, we can design a mattress that will meet your weight specifications.

 Mattress Cover Materials

The mattress cover can be made with 100% Organic Cotton and 100% Organic Lambswool.

Another option is to use Copper Infused Cotton for the outer fabric. Copper Infused Cotton is known for its mold resistance proprieties, which is ideal for an RV or Boat mattress.

If needed, we can also remove the Organic Lambswool from the cover to help to reduce the weight of the mattress.

Dual Firmness Customizable Mattress

  • Customized Firmness - Two Firmnesses in one mattress

    Dual firmness mattresses are our most popular customization.

    Queen and King Mattress can be customized with two different firmness’s, one for each side of the bed. This allows for each person to have their own firmness.

  • Size or Shape Customization

    This is another common customization at our shop. This includes RV mattresses, Van mattresses, Boat mattresses, Tiny house mattresses, European and International bed size mattresses, or any other mattress that needs to be made to a specific height, length, or shape.

  • Comfort Shoulder for Side Sleepers

    Comfort shoulder is great customization for those that suffer from shoulder pain during the night. We make the mattress softer in the shoulder and foot area to allow for mattress rotation while always maintaining a comfortable shoulder area to sleep on.

    This customization also works for those with wide shoulders or those that prefer a firm mattress on the hip area, but do not want pressure on their shoulders while sleeping on their side.

  • Improved Mattress Edge Support

    This customization comes in handy for those that:

    • Need extra support to help them sit on the edge of the mattress to put their shoes on or help them push off from the bed.

    • Need a soft mattress but do not want to feel like the mattress goes down too far when they are sitting on the mattress edge.

    • Like sleeping on the edge of the mattress and do not want to feel like they will roll off the bed.

    The Edge Support can be placed on the sides of the mattress only, sides and foot area, or on the four sides of the mattress to allow for mattress rotation and still have the edge support at the foot of the bed.

  • Flippable Mattress

    For those that prefer to flip their mattresses, we can build a flippable mattress on the firmness of your choice.
